These conditions explain the basis on which VAREYA discusses, proposes and coordinates travel arrangements.
Inquiry and proposal
Submitting a form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Estimates and starting prices are indicative. A final proposal depends on your requirements, live availability, supplier terms and current pricing.
Confirmation and payment
No arrangement is confirmed until you accept the final proposal and complete any required payment. Your confirmation will identify the services included and the applicable payment schedule.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations may be subject to supplier charges and non-refundable components. The relevant conditions will be shared with your proposal before confirmation.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, appropriate insurance and checking official travel advice. Names and personal details supplied for bookings must be accurate.
Suppliers and support
Travel services are delivered by independent suppliers. VAREYA selects and coordinates them with care and will support you if an issue arises, subject to the supplier’s conditions and applicable law.
